REALITY CHECK 101 WOO

Today was Team Success's first Super Saturday with TraVerus Travel.
Wendell Gumbs our team leader gave a DYNAMIC presentation! It may have been
one of his best one's yet. I like to sit thru a presentation where the person doesn't stammer and sticks to the topics (you know not a rambler) any hooo I digress... well my summary of the event was WOW! I have heard the presentation
repeatedly although I can say it mentally in my head I am still not at the
level of giving one. I truly appreciate Wendell for doing this on a consistant basis.
The Nationals who attended the event (from other teams) are what has really put a fire under my butt. I was expecting larger than life, unapproachable, almost rock-star types of people! They were everyday individuals just like the other attendee's gaining knowledge from one another just like we were getting knowledge from them.
At the end of the presentation I was approached by someone making thousands of dollars in residual income asking for my help! Me...a Regional Executive...new to the business just 10weeks. That's when it hit me! God puts you were you are supposed to be. Here is what it made me understand... We are all regular people being given the same opportunity for growth they just knew before Team Success did! LOL
It's all in the WOO...Window Of Opportunity what will you do when your window is opened?

VIRAL MARKETING

I came across an ad last night that offered free Internet leads via
"viral marketing" Some experts describe viral marketing as a new form of Mary Kay cosmetics and Tupperware parties. If you can provide something consumers find entertaining, even if it's advertising, they are likely to expose themselves to it.
Since it's free what's the harm? When I joined I found myself reading thru the ads before I could get to the one I wanted. So basically the concept works.
So here goes nothing and I will let you know if I gain any business from it.

NO can be encouragement-Last day of Traverus special

I have mixed emotions about the promotion ending today. I feel like I have talked myself "urple" that is the darker shade of purple...to my "friends" and "family" about joining Traverus. First because of the opportunity and second because the LOW entrance fee. I thought like me they would just "jump" on board....it makes too much sense. You travel, you book your travel online, why not get paid for it?
That's all I needed to hear and it made sense.
I didn't even learn to soak in the added benefits until my ears unclogged and I saw the BIGGER picture with the residual income, coded bonuses, etc...
Well the point I am trying to make is this. If you know you have given a person a fair opportunity to join something before the price goes up and I mean really have been fair then it's on them if they don't join. You now are coming across as DESPARATE. There is nothing to be desparate about when you can have your own business for $99.95 and be up and funning in 5minutes. Take the tone out of your offer and send the correct vibe...you are really going to miss this one.
Don't act different towards them, don't feel let down because of "who" they are to you....some people need to see you LEAD by example first before they believe what they hear. After this promotion you have to change your approach. The new goal is to see how many no's you can get in a day which will mean you are "sharing" your opportunity and someone will say YES just like I did. The promotion is allowing us to build our teams in "quantity" but I would rather have "quality" players who don't care about the price. They want the opportunity.
